In this Quiz (Key of F), Question 2, you do not specify what a 6/9 chord is, but I guessed since there was no 7th that it could not be a 13th chord. Is that correct? Also, would Question 5 not be a half-diminished chord because of the D (instead of Db)?
Also, why does progression #5 go from vii to III instead of (minor) iii? Are vii – (major) III typical passing chords? (I’m doing this Fat Chords 12 week study before watching the Secret to Passing Chords.)

Yes, because there’s no 7th, it is 6/9 chords. Is the 7th was included, it would be the 13th chord.
Yes, correct, Question 5 is Half-Diminished, I just corrected it.
Regarding Progression #5, at this stage, we start to alter the minor chords into what we call Secondary Dominant. At the Intermediate/Advanced you and to get used to playing the Secondary Dominants, which is why it’s not a minor. If you look at my advanced song tutorials, you’ll see I do this a lot.
