Sitting Techniques

I found this lesson very helpful. Since I had created a video of me playing, I was able to review it after watching this video and determine if I had some bad habits. My posture is good, but I may be sitting too close to the piano (I usually play my acoustic piano, rather than my keyboard). Thank you for this video. I definitely don't want to cause injury doing something I love to do.

Sitting position

Beautiful lesson. Good demonstration. I have identified the problem with my piano stand. It is not adjustable and is higher than my adjustable bench. At church I sit on 3 chairs stacked on top of each other and they are higher than the piano stand. How can we maintain a correct sitting position under different circumstances?

All of it

At first I was skeptical about a thirteen minute video on sitting. However, the information was warranted and I am glad I took the time to watch it.
