How to cancel, change plan, pause your subscription, or update your credit card .
1. Log in to the website and navigate to the account page; https://
2. When on the account page click on “Subscriptions”
3. When the page reloads, in the far right column you’ll see “Update, Change Plan, Pause, Cancel,” Here’s what each option does;
- Update: Update your credit card info
- Change Plan: Upgrade or downgrade to a different membership plan
- Pause: This is where you can pause your account as oppose to cancel. When the account is pause you’re not charged until you resume the account.
- Cancel: to end your subscription/membership, and no longer be charged
4. To change your membership plan, click on “Change Plan” and select your desired plan for the dropdown menu
