LOVED THIS SONG!

For this song, I already knew how it goes as far as singing, even though it looked easy to play, I personally was slow getting through it, I enjoyed every minute of the practice. I found myself doing some things Warren had said not to do, such as stay on one thing forever. Also, some issues with bring the left hand in to go with right hand. Have been able to add extra notes. To experiment get the basics properly and add bits different ways, that was the best part Many ways as Warren Says

I feel it's excellent, I was a bit "I have to play it the same and not rush, I won' move on. But I re watched the Video and Warren said to mix it up learn it throw stuff in, and that freed me up, a few things from intermediate and the melody on top. I did both ways and it's coming along. I missed that I have bit and was doing, the must finish the warning is a great system.

Detail

I liked the step by step instructions. Warren is not taking it for granted that I know everything, he is treating me as a beginner, explaining what to do and when to do it

Learn the melody, and understand the concepts

This was really great for really understanding the concepts. I start by practicing the material in the practice path, then start with the beginner version of the song and then move my way up to advanced. The CONCEPTS are what I really realized are the most important. Fire lesson 🙂

Learning the melody first, then building on that with new chords

This was a new song for me, but I have it in my mind now

Know How To ReHarmonize

I like how Warren shows the possibilities of making a song your own by learning how to reharmonize and learning chord progressions.

Even though this song is relatively slow, I'm still working to get it to sound good

I have practiced this song a great deal. Mainly at the Advanced level but I fear may have to go back to the Intermediate and Beginner versions. This is the song where I really tried to improve my rhythms in order to get it to have a gospel feel.

Concepts that can be used in other songs to build vocab is key for me....

I like those fills because besides the reharmonization it brings musicality
